IOA Connect Social Event Announced for IAAPA on TUESDAY November 17
As IOA continues to grow through a network of operators located across the world, new programs are being added and IOA Connect serves as an opportunity to allow members and the industry to collaborate. To advance those opportunities, IAAPA provides an opportunity to host the first event at the upcoming IAAPA Expo taking place in Orlando, FL November 16-19, 2026. The first IOA Connect will be hosted on the opening day of IAAPA Tuesday November 17, 2026, from 7-11 pm.

I’ve been thinking lately about how easy it is for business owners to discount the value of their own time. You get another delivery and think, I’m already going that direction. I’ll just do it. A customer is outside your normal delivery area. I can squeeze that in. None of those decisions seems like a big deal. That’s probably part of the problem. When you own the company, your own labor has a funny way of becoming invisible. Apparently, the easiest employee to convince to work for free is the one who owns the company.
If your business only makes money because you are willing to work for free, the business may not be as profitable as it looks.
IOA Member Twister Display Hosting Expo on October 1 in East Liverpool, OH
Twister Display of East Liverpool, Ohio will be hosting a Great Lakes EXPO at their location 49207 Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road East Liverpool, OH 43920 on October 1. Admission is FREE to attend and will be a 1 day event 10 am – 5 pm. The goal of the event is to coordinate the involvement of inflatable industry related businesses to share a fall event for area inflatable industry rental companies to network and gain information.
