Inflatable Operators Association
Inflatable Operators Association (IOA) was established as a 501c(6) nonprofit association to benefit its members as a group established within the inflatable amusement industry. IOA exists to provide the resources, representation, and communication for establishing important risk management and safety standards for inflatable amusement devices.
Membership
Our goal is to help members develop a culture for safety, sustainability, and the ongoing success within their amusement and interactive events rental businesses. Membership is accepted based on providing business operations in compliance with the accepted ASTM –F2374 standard for the Design, Manufacture, Operation, and Maintenance of Inflatable amusement Devices. Members are eligible to earn certification for advanced operator certification, employee training, and member benefits of the association.

Risk Management
Risk Management is the process to ensure safe operations utilizing education, training, and ongoing audit of the processes developed to ensure compliance. Members of IOA are provided the resources that allow for the effective development of risk management for their special events production and inflatable amusement rental related based businesses. We partner with our members knowing they want to be THE BEST and that the effectiveness of their risk management program is rooted in ongoing education!
Education
Members are provided online educational resources and encouraged to attend the annual IOA Inflatable Amusement Expo and Education Conference. Members of IOA leadership are active in NAARSO, IAAPA, ASTM F2374 committee, and educational resources provided to the annual PA Ride Safety Seminar programs. You’ll find us actively participating in all safety related expos and organizations important to the success of the inflatable amusement industry.
