Big plans are coming together to organize the third year of the IOA Inflatable Safety Conference and Amusement Expo. Exhibitor registration is already filling exhibit spaces for the 2027 event as well as submission of educational materials from potential presentations on building a successful inflatable amusement rental business. IOA will continue its focus on risk management and safety providing “Owner/ Operator Level 1” safety certficiation. IO University will continue along with the NEW addition of ERScon consolidating with IOA to focus on developing the inflatable industries best educational programs.

ERScon was most recently held in Austin Texas and featured a great line up of speakers to aid in business development for ERS software users. ERS also provides tech time for assistance in onboarding new users of ERS amusement rental software along with tech support to existing users. ERS will also be the sponsor of the IOA Member/ Guest networking program planned for IAAPA in November. Details will be available soon and those wishing to attend will be able to experience the “Ready to Launch” event for both IAAPA and learn more about the upcoming IOA Inflatable Safety Conference and Amusement Expo.
IAAPA Ready To Launch
IAAPA “Ready To Launch” will take place at an exclusive venue located minutes form the Convention center on International drive with rooftop views of the in life!Orlando Skyline and an advance chance to get a head start on IAAPA networking within the inflatable industry. An opportunity to connect with ERS & select exhibitors before the IAAPA Expo showfloor opens, prepare for the IOA Expo February 1-4, 2027 in Nashville, and experience VIP treatment with food and beverage. The IOA ERS Sponsored IAAPA event will take place November 16, 2026 at Toms Watchbar.
ERScon will feature the opening keynote speaker to open the IOA Expo featuring all of the premier exhibitors within the inflatable industry including the best manufacturers, inflatable accessories, insurance providers, foam dance parties, Software companies, business marketing, Photobooth companies, tent, tables, and chairs. “Find A Way” will be the message for ESPN 30 for 30 featured speaker on How a water bottle took him from Amputee to still achieving All-State- Brad Hurtig. Brad will also deliver a safety message important to the inflatable industry as well as a humor on how determination wins in life!
Brad Hurtig finished his High School career of football coming back from a double arm amputee accident as an All State Linebacker for his High School Team. Our Keynote has also presented for corporate 3M, Proctor & Gamble, TEDX, and appeared on ESPN, NBC, CBS, and Montel Show. Brad Hurtig also recently released a book and you’ll experience why it isn’t hard to “Find a Way” to take inspiration and safety away from his message.

Registration will be announced for the IAAPA “Ready To Launch” event as well as early registration for the IOA Conference & And expo to follow early 2027. The IAAPA social event will be a FREE event for IOA members and guests and the IOA EXPO Early registration also provides a Full Access Registration for the IOA University, ERScon, and IOA Safety training. FREE ACCESS to the IOA Expo is also available for EXPO ONLY attendance by contacting a participating exhibitor.
