More Than Inflatables: Building a Business That Builds a Community
In our industry, culture shows up fast.
It shows up in:
- how your crew greets a stressed-out event organizer
- how carefully equipment is cleaned and secured
- how teammates treat one another at 6 a.m. setups
- how problems are handled when something goes wrong
Culture isn’t what you say in meetings. It’s what you live on job sites.
